Congratulations! Wofford College looks forward to celebrating you during Commencement Weekend, Friday, Aug. 21 and Saturday, Aug. 22. All graduates will be allocated two tickets for guests to attend Saturday morning’s Commencement Exercises. Guests are required to have a ticket in order to attend the event as the college continues to adhere to social distancing protocols due to COVID-19. Graduates have the opportunity to acquire additional tickets through a lottery system if tickets are available after the initial allocation.

To plan appropriately, the college is asking all graduates, including those not planning to attend Commencement Weekend, to complete the following registration form by Monday, Aug. 10 at 5 p.m. EDT. Those who enter and are selected through the lottery for additional tickets for the Commencement ceremony will be notified after that date. Remember tickets are only required for guests at Commencement. Tickets are not required for the other events and graduates do not need a ticket to participate in Commencement. 

The college continues to monitor the state’s number of COVID-19 cases. If it is in the best interest of public health to cancel Commencement Weekend events, the college will communicate via email no later than Aug. 1.
